Our liquid Silicone Rubber Casting Material and Catalyst are supplied in 2 lb. and 8 lb. cans, along with 3.2 oz. and 12.8 oz. containers of Catalyst, respectively, and a 3 ml bottle of Accelerant.
Preparing the silicone for casting is simple and straightforward. Combine 4 parts of silicone rubber with one part catalyst and add two drops accelerant and mix. Pour silicone mix in the impression and let cure for 30 to 45 minutes (at 70°F, 50% relative humidity). A detailed instruction sheet is supplied with each order.
